Orange Glen CA senior Rashad Prince discusses the demands on his body and challenges he has faced with time management competing in both cross country and football this fall. Prince is the Patriots' top runner and a starting defensive back for the football team. He has six top-five finishes, including three victories, in cross country, along with 23 tackles and four pass deflections in football. Prince is looking to reach the California Division 3 state final Nov. 24 and could be competing in a CIF-San Diego Section football final Nov. 23 for the Patriots, who are the top seed in the Division 5 playoffs.
